Terms
Last updated October 6, 2026
These terms cover your use of FFL Workbench. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your shop. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account
The person who creates the shop owns it and can invite teammates. You are responsible for your team's logins and for what is done with them. Tell us right away if you think a login has been misused.
Your data
Your shop owns its data. You let us store and process it to run the service for you, and to create the anonymized, combined industry figures described in the Privacy Policy, which an admin can switch off at any time. Combined figures never identify your shop, and we may use and share them.
Distributor connections
When you connect a distributor you confirm you are allowed to use that account this way under your agreement with them. Stock, costs and catalog data come from the distributors' feeds and can be late or wrong: check before you order. Compliance flags and competitor prices are hints, not legal advice.
Acceptable use
Use FFL Workbench for your shop's lawful business. Don't try to reach another shop's data, break or overload the service, or resell access to it.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the price shown when you start, after any free trial. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
The service
We work to keep FFL Workbench running and accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what your shop paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending and changes
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend a shop that breaks these terms or doesn't pay. We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
